Utilising two designated bays with high-spec fabrication equipment has enabled Arcon to estalish a steady production line of rolling bogie trailers. Capable of transporting in excess of 30 tonnes if required, they are used in the movement of storage tanks, quarry equipment and general heavy machinery.

 

CAD systems are referenced in the basic assembly process to ensure every last detail is matched. The chassis are rotated through a system of assembly, final welding and prime coating.

Arcon has the experience to finish the bogies to any desired level - prime coating, full electric fittings or wheel and axle attachments.
