The completed beams are mounted on rails measured to assist the basic assembly process whereby the main chassis components are measured, fitted and tack-welded together.

 

 

The trailer chassis is completed to every last detail and features twistlocks, landing leg brackets, side bars, kingpin mechanisms and all other components to make the trailer ready for shipping. Rigorous quality inspection throughout the building process plays a vital part in ensuring that the chassis are built to spec and customer demands met.
